“I slept and dreamt that life was joy. I awoke and saw that life was service. I acted and behold, service was joy.” – Tagore
My name is Jane Rivera. A bad back brought me to yoga many years ago. Under the guidance of my dear teacher, Sherri Baptiste, I quickly realized that yoga was a tool for living my life to its highest potential. I delved into study and practice and found a way of living that gives me an inner foundation of peace, compassion, and connectedness. It is now my passion and privilege to share this beautiful gift with others.
